Changing rooms are available in the clinic for your convenience.

I became a physiotherapist after experiencing firsthand how life-changing care can be during my recovery from sports injuries. Over the years, I’ve sought therapists who truly listen, understand my fears, and treat me as an individual—values I bring to every client I work with.

I have a Master’s in Physiotherapy from UBC, a degree in Kinesiology from UVic, and certification in Functional Dry Needling. With experience in in-home care and clinic settings, I help clients manage pain, build strength, and recover with a personalized, compassionate approach. I speak English and Spanish, and I love staying active outdoors through pickleball, baseball, and beach volleyball.
